So somehow he thinks that because he had problems using their site - a website many people manage to navigate each day - they should treat it as a "pandemic emergency" and change many aspects of their business because of it? Don't get me wrong, their site could be much better, but Curtis doesn't seem to have much sense of how things work in that place we like to call the "real world".
