For me, all Medium pages were slow until I stopped using Ghostery in Chrome. If you're hitting the same problem I am, you might want to disable/remove Ghostery

For me, all Medium pages were slow until I stopped using Ghostery in Chrome. If you're hitting the same problem I am, you might want to disable/remove Ghostery and look at the Disconnect extension instead. I have found Disconnect to be far less disruptive and break far fewer pages than Ghostery did.
- vitno 13y agoIt's also open-source. It always bothered me that Ghostery wasn't.
- gohrt 13y agoThe license bothers you? Chrome extensions always have fully visible source, right there in your [config]/Default/Extensions folder.
- prezjordan 13y agoI believe there are plans to open-source it. It's extension code is fully visible, anyway :)
