It's kind of amazing that I visited and traversed the entire country by train (St Petersburg to Vladivostok) all while he was in the airport.
So when everyone is talking about big political issues, all I can think of is all the mundane stuff he must be putting up with. Like: how much clothing does he have, and how is he doing laundry? And: Who's paying for his expenses? I assume his ATM card and Visa aren't good anymore.
Get a blini and some квас at Теремок, Edward. It's pretty tasty.

Kvas = Russian national non-alcoholic (<1%) beverage. - elementai 13y agoInitially it was a term for an upper living floor in a rather big medieval russian house. Like a penthouse. After some time it became a synonym for a such house with "terem".

- nwh 13y agoHe stayed in quite a swanky hotel in the airport. I imagine he is well catered for.

- deletes 13y agoHe stayed in a capsule for a short time the first day(s). Then he went to Novotel hotel for the remaining time.
