Sorry to be pedantic but there are a lot of pictures you can post in the US that will get you sent to jail.
- hackerboos 13y agoCartoons I think we are referring to.
- cromulent 13y ago"Religiously-insensitive photographs" the OP said. If The Onion didn't get in trouble for this one, then the US is safe. Cartoon, not safe for work. http://www.theonion.com/articles/no-one-murdered-because-of-this-image,29553/ http://www.theonion.com/articles/no-one-murdered-because-of-...
- 300bps 13y ago^ NSFW ^ (sorry, used to seeing NSFW, not "not safe for work" so clicked on it before I realized)
- darklajid 13y agoI'm mildly amused that a comic depicting various religious figures in a (however weird) sexual act could be considered not safe for work - which seems just a different way to say "Comics like these might offend your coworkers / employer", which .. feels like the reduced, small-scale version of the "crime" the OP is prosecuted for. It's a harmless picture, a comic, from a satirical magazine. It shouldn't be considered unsafe for work.
- cromulent 13y agoAgree wholeheartedly, and obviously so does The Onion. However, given that cultures vary, etc, I thought it best to warn.
