He specifically mentioned the order contained several sandwiches that were more difficult/time-consuming to prepare and that this added to their usual volume to create a very busy situation. I know it's all part of the job he signed up for, but it's not pleasant to be working that hard and feel rushed and pressured by a group of people waiting on you.
