I don't know. If I was you I'd just research the whole quantifying part and try to design some conceptual algorithms for that. http://skeptics.stackexchange.com/ http://skeptics.stackexchange.com/ is somewhat tangential to that. Just putting the link out there. There's also a bunch of QA sites that force your to take a side, but I don't remember them right now ;C And couldn't you do that with existing QA sites? Like Klout for truth, haha.
