So you are probably public-shaming an innocent man.
- guard-of-terra 13y agoBuying stolen goods isn't cool. (I don't think it should be a crime but it is immoral). He doesn't have anyone to blame but himself.
- icebraining 13y agoHow do you know it's stolen? I've bought used stuff from ebay and other similar sites, I have no way of knowing if it's stolen or not.
- andrelaszlo 13y agoI've bought used laptops twice... it's really hard to know if they're stolen or not. I usually ask for receits though, but not everyone keeps all receits. Of course, I try to check if the seller "seems legit", whatever that means. I guess I deserve someone uploading all my private photos to some site to make fun of me, my life and my personal hygiene...
- samweinberg 13y ago>back in germany, a few days after christmas, 4 month after the ibiza trip, i turned on my computer and noticed fifteen new pictures inside my dropbox camera upload folder. I think you're right. 4 months is more than enough time for a smartphone to be bought and used by a new person.
- andrelaszlo 13y ago"when i ran back to the deck chair to get rid of my underpants, i noticed someone lying stiffly under the chair. not moving, not reacting." Kind of creepy, but still - she didn't actually see his face. Could be someone completely different, like you say.
