Apparently, one moves up the pay ladder faster by job-hopping.
- marssaxman 13y agoIs this surprising? It has been true of the software industry as long as I've been involved in it, which is just over two decades now.
- neutronicus 13y agoI'm in academia, so I don't want to claim firsthand knowledge. That's just a good explanation for high turnover rate.
