I do use valid email addresses, and my registrar cloaks them, specifically because of BS tactics like those mentioned in this article. I feel that if someone pulls shit like reporting someone to ICANN for "unresponsiveness", especially if they don't get a bounce, and without trying to go through the registrar first, they should be banned from registering domains for a full year. Second offense, permanent ban. I've paid my fees for my domain, in full for the next ten years, and will keep it up indefinitely. There's absolutely no reason that myself and others like me should have to deal with this bullshit.
