Definitely drop Facebook like and Twitter followers as metrics for any list like this. Buying large amounts of followers is common practise and extremely cheap. Including them costs your list in accuracy.

- minimaxir 13y agothat’s what our proprietary Mattermark score calculates Ranking data on a nonpublic metric make the analysis unfair. There's no way to trust that the data is even remotely accurate (and looking at some of the "spiking" startups, I really don't trust it)
