I think the most minimalistic, food, product execution that has proven to sustain life, pass on immunities and provide superior nutrition is breast milk. Of course we can't attach "vacuum suckers" to lactating women but the "old" 'soylent green' "....is made [by] people" and cow milk is probably a close second.
