No doubt the new rates for their dedicated servers are in response to hetzner's new rates. ISPs seem to have this unfortunate ability to retain ridiculous profit margins indefinitely. I guess the tactic is quite simple: Be extortionate while you have market share. Undercut your opponents when it starts being threatened. Not that I'm complaining when stuff like this happens, I like OVH, sometimes.
