I use daemontools to manage all the servers for SlickDNS (https://www.slickdns.com https://www.slickdns.com). Trivial to install and configure. Most of my run scripts are one liners, and of course like anything written by DJB daemontools just runs and runs. (Naturally I'm also using tinydns on the SlickDNS name servers.)
