This will actively encourage corruption.
- belorn 13y agoForeign countries? Its common practice in China, Russia and other similar countries that anti-regime reporting is done outside the border. PRQ (the ISP of the pirate bay back in 2006) was hosting several similar news papers, as Sweden was seen as a haven for activities demanding common carrier principle. Now days, I guess Iceland has taken the primary role for such.
