Where do we start? Lets see:
Apple v/s New York City over 'GreeNYC' logo : http://www.widespotlight.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/greenyc290.png http://www.widespotlight.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/gree...
Apple v/s Victoria School of Business and Technology over this logo : http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/9/95/Victoria_School_of_Business_and_Technology_Inc_Logo.jpg http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/9/95/Victoria_...)
Apple v/s Woolworths Limited over this logo - http://www.topnews.in/files/Woolworths.gif http://www.topnews.in/files/Woolworths.gif
Apple v/s Amazon for the use of "App"
And let's not talk about the abuse of Rounded Corners (TM)(R)(C)
