I own a Surface RT and don't particular like it. I could list all of the reasons (it's slow, most of the software is bad, the corners are sharp, etc) but I don't think they have anything to with why it didn't sell well. Probably price is the only thing that matters here. Price and exposure. You can't compete with name brand -- no matter the merit -- if you can't beat them in price.
