Sigh. I hate the government.
We have an open API, which means we don't have a whitelist of apps that have access to it.
Our policy has been to be content neutral within the bounds of the law, and I'm pretty sure this is the first app to cause any issue with the latter half.
I'll need to take some action, but I think the non-profit side would be an easy way to avoid the P2P gambling component.
- mattmaroon 17y agoMe too brother. The UIGEA costs me more each year than most people make in 4. But I'd hate to see you lose Tipjoy and/or wind up in jail because one donkey bet another one $5 on the Wings game.
