Can you share any good examples who use this approach?
- pekk 13y agoSounds like Reddit would be an example (though someone else would have to mention how well it's working for them).
- IanCal 13y agoSupport would be a classic example of this. Access to phone support rather than email, guarantees about response times, etc.
- damian2000 13y agoI don't think Google made any money until they launched AdWords about 3 years after they started.
