What if Google, others, (re-)incorporated offshore?
With it's full stable of services, could have hardened crypto and new net/server/client protocols immune to Eve opening, immune to PRISM participation and surveillance requests.
DDG moves offshore, or other foreign search, centers around provable privacy, similar crypto, then onto email, reader, etc all popular Google type services, isn't that where you would park?
Possible to monetize requiring provable secure real-time fast hardware crypto, eg, usb dongle.
I see it is required to get out of US, to avoid PRISM forced compliance.
