I suspect you are operating under the misapprehension that anarchist means no structure. It doesn't. It means self-organizing. Newby anarchists tend to have more meetings than any other group I know, because they often have a hard time learning to delegate. Experienced anarchists tend to have meetings because they get good at them and enjoy them.
