Thanks for informing me about this approach, sounds interesting. However I think it's fairly obvious when reading your post that you're fundamentaly opposed to a "leaderless" workplace rather than actually evaluating the effectiveness/viability of "Programming Anarchy", let alone judge its future sucess.
