I'm using XCode. I rather like it, it's not as "enterprise ready" as eclipse. Which is a very good thing in my mind. Less bureaucracy/ceremony. But not as freeform/DIY as emacs. For cocoa/iphone work it's lovely, I wouldn't try to build a web app in it though. It's just the right tool for certain jobs.
