  Not really. If it's a situation where having the service for a brief period of time is valuable, and which can be active before a double-spend would be detected, you'll probably see as much fraud as for a physical good of a similar value. On the flip side, requiring confirmations before physically shipping a product but not before beginning provisioning would likely be doable.
