so you're sayin "no more than 12 years experience" is not a code for "no oldies" ?
- unreal37 13y agoTheoretically, you could have worked the first 20 years of your career doing mainframe and SAP conversions (or, running a landscaping business), and then switched to agile software development within the past 10 years. They don't say 12 years total experience, just less than 12 in Agile.
