To use: click 'text' to sync text col to reference of figure in text, multiple times if there are multiple are multiple references, drag a figure, resize a figure, click 'reset', click a figure reference to sync to the figure col. I know there are a few editors that read this, I would love to see better interfaces for your journals ;).
