Don't be negative, all I am saying is that there are things that can be done to improve the situation, and there are many companies out there that are actively trying. I wouldn't know that Sigmundsdottir would be revealing the gender, and many other wouldn't either. (I'm not saying that it can't be improved even further) Edit: I have a slavic last name that doesn't reveal my gender (on the balkans, last names are the same for both male/female)
