To those saying "I'll believe it when I see it" and the like - I do think that statements like this should be taken with a grain of salt. The most important part of this, however, is that we are seeing that the US administration is actually continuing the conversation on these programs and not just insisting that they're legal. I think this is an important step in the right direction, and we need to keep pressing the issue and not just focus on where Edward Snowden is in the world.
