Why does it have two lenses on its head instead of just one?
- mturmon 13y agoTwo video cameras allow stereo vision for placing obstacles, etc., into a map for motion planning. This robot also uses a laser range finder for mapping, but there are trade offs between the two approaches, so often they are used together.
