I agree - there was an egregious failure here and if it was due to somehting that could be fixed than it should be. Nobody is asking for a lynching or anything.

- takluyver 13y agoAnd I've no doubt that people whose job it is are already sorting through the available data to work out exactly what did go wrong and whether it's something that can be fixed. But breathless speculation based on the fragments of information available to the media isn't going to make that go any faster.
