I've always thought it such a shameful waste that such rare climate and pleasant topography and geography were wasted with the construction of empty concrete lots and massive jammed freeways everywhere. And such a strain on quality of life to be paralyzed by traffic around you at all times, to see the endless sunshine bathed in the brown hues of vehicle emissions.
