Why would a company have an environment that its employees didn't like to work in? Or did you mean employees from other companies?
- peterwwillis 13y agoWhy would it have that environment? Usually mismanagement, but also the culture that becomes ingrained from the company's inception. The problem is when the culture is so slanted towards certain behaviors that they go a little too far and become problematic.
