Why should we think Sarbox is any different?
- lifeisstillgood 13y agoThe secret is to have lots of powerful people with competing interests. Generally it has worked well to date.
- pmarca 13y agoSupporting that, big established companies have gigantic legal, financial, and regulatory staffs already in place to deal with new regulations like Sarbox. New companies do not.
