Freedom of speech at its best. Of course there's a limit to what you are free to say, but 8 years of prison? Really?
- schtev 13y agoI'm willing to bet that's just a theoretical upper limit, and will be tossed out at soon as its in front of a judge. But still. The fact he was arrested at all is just friggin stupid.
- fnordfnordfnord 13y agoHe's been held for for at least three months on $500,000.00 bond. I'm not even sure he's been charged yet.
