Depends on whether or not the driver had been swerving or giving the cops intent that he is suspicious of doing something wrong. But If you've seen the video with the cops killing the dog and arresting the (African-American man) than you will notice some people tend to use power to limit.
- black_dude 13y agoI definitely wasn't swerving. I just turned into a side street and returned home after he followed me over a few blocks. I think this raised his suspicion. I did have a distinct feeling that he was following me from the get go though.
- shire 13y agoNot all cops are bad but in any field there are bad and good people so just be aware of that, there is a good and bad in this world no changing that.
