I find that pairing more during a kick-off / design phase of a project has been beneficial to my team, but I don't think pairing yields many benefits once design goals have been well-defined.
- cpncrunch 13y agoIsn't it more efficient to actually do the design before you start coding?
- thrownaway2424 13y agoYou must be new here.
- cpncrunch 13y agoNot entirely sure what you're implying here. Are you saying that a lot of people on HN are bad programmers or something? I'm certainly not a new programmer if that's what you mean, and I know a thing or two about rapid development of high quality code (having done it for about 30 years).
- innguest 13y agoWould you recommend any books? That would help me a lot at this point. :)
