I am religious about ergonomics. 1. I spent $300 on a herman miller ergonomic chair that forces you to sit up-right. 2. Use a keyboard tray to force you to lean back against your chair when you're coding. 3. Stretch and walk around once an hour. 4. Do back exercises at the gym everytime you go.
