Agree - would be awesome if the release notes were stored as part of the git repo, and editable from anywhere.
- caf 13y agoYou should probably commit your release notes as a file in the repository before tagging the release, then just copy-paste them into the github "release" - that way anyone who gets the source tarball from anywhere also gets the release notes.
