Reckless were the officers, that did not have properly recognizable badges. They should've called in Police to stop the car. As a team they showed tremendous lapse in judgment and should be fired for endangering a group of teens. For all it was - tour de force by people who had nothing better to do. There are safe way to do things and there are stupid ways that might make them feel empowered.
