Doesn't leaving, refusing to return, and requesting asylum effectively fall under the "choosing not to be" category?
- corin_ 13y agoBy that logic I'm effectively banned from Africa, as I don't plan on going there. He said they "evoked my passport, leaving my stateless" not that he was effectively stateless due to his own decisions.
