CoderPad allows you to instantly evaluate a candidate's abilities without paying for an expensive on-site interview.
- rabidonrails 13y agoI actually like that he _tells_ you why paying for CoderPad is a smart investment, rather than trying to _sell me_ that it's a good investment. It seems like he's just stating a fact.
