Regarding your last point, you don't seem to have an email address in your profile. Is this job on the east or west coast (or somewhere in between)?

  fixed it. send me your resume and all that (sorry i always thought HN had a PM type feature just never checked) we have people on both coasts, though we are trying to build up headcount in the new york office right now.
