Law is the codification of morality.
- jmadsen 13y agoIt's the codification of the parts of morality that we bargain & wrestle into a set of rules we decide to enforce. Not all "morality" turns into law, nor is all law based on morale principals.
- dragonwriter 13y agoAll law is based on value judgements, and, therefore, on moral principles.
