What portion of startups cater to laymen vs other developers/startup folk?

Hi, I often see cool new startups that provide services for developers, and also startups that provide services for new startups. Has anyone got any figures/statistics as to how many companies have a userbase of laymen vs how many have a userbase of 'startup insiders'? Thanks
