Is that a Linux/Arch specific problem? On OSX it'll download partial updates at just a few MB -- at least so long as you really do keep it updated nightly.
- sp332 13y agoWell if you use the system package manager, and it doesn't support and use differential updates, then you have to download the whole package from your distribution's repository.
