Holder recently gave Congressional testimony saying he thinks it would be a bad idea to charge journalists in leak cases. His words were: "That is not something I've ever been involved in, heard of, would think would be wise policy."[1] Whatever you make of the rest of his testimony (and whether he lied about investigating Rosen), it would be harder for him to go after journalists after saying that to Congress.
