I had a job interview with Fab's CEO once. He impressed the hell out of me - charismatic, strong vision, ambitious - but it was blatantly obvious to both of us that I wasn't a good cultural fit for the company, and that was as far as it went. Just based on that one interview, I doubt too many people get through Fab's entire hiring process who aren't already a cultural match. I certainly couldn't work there, but some of the things that bother me (mandatory coatracks and clean desks?) they probably consider benefits.
