I got XBMC (libstagefright version) running, but it's really choppy with video even compared to my 5+ year old AMD chip with a bottom of the line (but somewhat recent) nVidia card. UI is also a bit laggy. I'm hoping there will eventually be a more stable and optimized release. It's also possible maybe I should have used a different version, I guess?
