Yes, but doesn't this just feel deliciously like "sticking it to the man?" These are public beaches that the most well-off among us would like to keep for themselves. Not only that, they use extremely underhanded tactics to do so.
- jmduke 13y ago"sticking it to the man?" In the grand scheme of things, I'd argue that occupying a beach to stick it to the man isn't a great way to spend time.
- methodin 13y agoIf you are going to a beach it's much better to be sticking it to the man while you are there.
