The OP decided to bring race into this. And I know exactly were he is going with this. I'm just responding.

- powertower 13y agoOk. I'll admit that I got a little ahead of myself with the response. But how can you tell me that race does not stand behind the curtains of that quoted and emphasized statement? America was predominantly white, 90% up to 1960. If you make a statement about it being built by stolen black slaves, while not giving any credit to the other people, it becomes a race thing.
