2. Bitch about how technical interviews are unfair, biased, miss the best people and ... OMG - DEAD!!!
- balloot 13y ago3. Get a job at another company that doesn't hire via silly hazing rituals. Preferably one that isn't past its heyday like the two you mentioned.
